Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in graphics programming, with a focus on game development.
• Proficiency in C#, Python, and modern graphics APIs (e.g., DirectX, Vulkan, OpenGL).
• Experience with game engines, such as Unreal Engine and Unity.
• Knowledge of modern GPU's and advanced rendering techniques, shader programming, and optimization for real-time performance.
• Knowledge of diffusion models.
• Demonstrated interest and curiosity in machine learning, deep learning, and their applications in graphics and game development.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and tools.
• Familiarity with Nanite technology.
• Eager to learn and ideally experienced in training AI models.
• Experienced working on and ideally shipping a AAA game title.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on collaboration.
• A passion for creating innovative and visually stunning graphics.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the art and design teams to understand pipeline requirements of creating game development art assets.
• Research, develop, implement and integrate cutting-edge machine learning algorithms related to 2D and 3D artwork production.
• Optimize performance and ensure smooth integration of AI-generative tools into the web application.
• Develop and maintain tools and pipelines to streamline the creation and integration of AI-generated assets (artworks, animations etc.)
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in machine learning, graphics programming, and game development.
• Collaborate with other team members in a multidisciplinary environment to deliver high-quality, innovative assets creation experiences.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to other team members and participate in knowledge sharing sessions.
