Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support the company’s IT infrastructure designed for Production projects.
- Maintain inventory accuracy: You will be responsible for ensuring that all inventory records are accurate and up-to-date, and that any discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly. This involves conducting regular audits of inventory, reconciling physical inventory counts with system records, and investigating and resolving any discrepancies.
- Monitor server and service operations: You will be monitoring the performance of servers and services and responding to any communication problems promptly. This includes identifying and diagnosing any technical issues, and working with the relevant teams to resolve them.
- Create and maintain a knowledge base: You will be responsible for creating and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base that documents all inventory and server/service-related processes and procedures. This includes updating the knowledge base regularly and ensuring that it is accessible to all team members.
- Assist with team training: You will be working closely with the team to identify training needs and develop training materials to improve team members’ knowledge and skills. You will be responsible for providing ongoing support and guidance to team members.
- Handle ad hoc requests and IT JIRA tasks, editing workflows, and permissions.
- Support with filling out questionnaires provided by company’ clients for cyber security assessments.
- Collaborate with the Production department to understand their requirements and priorities, and develop solutions that meet their needs.
- Devote time to sync with the team allocated at GMT-7 time zone.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management
- Laptop / Desktop hardware troubleshooting
- Experience with Windows Server 2016 (Exchange, SCCM, AD DS, DNS, DHCP, DFS, WSUS)
- Experience with Linux servers (Ubuntu server, CentOS)
- Experience with monitoring services (Zabbix, Grafana)
- Experience with GCP
- Software Troubleshooting (macOS, Windows, Ubuntu Linux, VPN, etc.)
- Network troubleshooting (knowledge of port tracing, building cables, and comfortable in network closets)
- User request and incident management
- IAM principles and approaches
- Experience with Atlassian products: JIRA, Confluence, and Servicedesk
- Knowledge of ITIL framework
- Asset management principles
- Configuring, supporting the domain systems of Active Directory, Proxy servers, GMail corporate services, antivirus servers, Remote Desktop Help. Knowledge, planning, and implementation of the local area network (LAN)
- Networking experience: routers (Mikrotik), switchers (UniFi), PFsense WLAN, VPN tunnels, IPSec, EoIP, VLANs, 802.1x, Radius servers, firewalls; DNS, DHCP
- Experience with cyber security assessments.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- English level at least B2.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
