Devoted Studios is a production management company for external development in video games. With a mission to create equal opportunity for all talent globally to work on the games of their dreams, Devoted Studios aims to decentralize game development. We partner with 1400+ programmers, artists, and designers, from freelancers to small studios, all over the world, and not only match them to project opportunities but manage the production from A-Z.

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage full sales funnel: lead gen, pitch, bidding, negotiations, account management, up-sell, relationship management
  • Develop current company’s relationships as well as build own lead generation pipelines
  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities and partners
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients
  • Meet Quarterly and yearly sales targets
  • Be creative in improving own processes and increasing conversion on each step of the funnel
  • Provide clients with support that will continuously improve the relationship
  • Be on top of the latest industry news in video games industry
  • Participate in networking events, conferences, shows (when world situation permits )
  • Maintain accurate data storage in CRM. Be evangelist of CRM excellence, prepare weekly plan and report on current and prospective client communication
  • Preparing relevant documentation and decks for partners
  • Cooperate with the team to prepare bids and present to the client
  • Contract negotiation
  • Prepare status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals
  • Prepare, plan and schedule conference and show attendance, book meetings, prepare reports and follow ups

Requirements:

  • Passion and knowledge of video games or the video game ecosystem
  • Outstanding relationship management and interpersonal skills, caring team player
  • Analytical skills, knowledge of sales and marketing tools and techniques
  • Project management skills, with ability to juggle multiple tasks/projects, prioritize workloads, and adhere to tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients
  • Exceptional internet researching skills. Familiar with many advanced tools, strategies, and resources to find and discover desired information and resources
  • Superior organization skills, familiarity with Excel and cloud-based tools
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • World-class quality work is the only acceptable standard
