UEFN (Unreal Editor for Fortnite) is a PC-based tool that brings Unreal Engine’s professional-grade capabilities — asset importing, Verse programming, advanced lighting, VFX — to Fortnite content creation. Fortnite Creative is the in-game editor with more limited tools. We work in both, but most of our projects use UEFN because the quality ceiling is significantly higher.
Verse is Epic’s programming language built specifically for Fortnite. It lets developers create custom gameplay logic, scoring systems, progression mechanics, and interactive elements that go far beyond what pre-built devices can do. Our engineers write Verse daily — it’s not something we’re learning on your project.
It depends on scope. A single custom island with original gameplay might be a different conversation than a multi-island branded activation with custom characters, VFX, and Verse-driven mechanics. The best way to get a real number is to tell us what you’re building — we’ll scope it honestly.
