👩‍💻 This is a remote, full-time contracted position.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute onboarding and offboarding processes, including monitoring onboarding progress, conducting meetings, closing trial periods, and gathering exit interview feedback.
  • Lead team engagement initiatives, connecting with the team to come up with fun ways to encourage team activities.
  • Coordinate courses and workshops to support employee growth and help foster a learning culture.
  • Proactively improve and streamline internal communication and onboarding processes.
  • Regularly survey the team for feedback and act on ways to improve.
  • Handle administrative HR tasks, such as managing out-of-office requests, merch orders, and coordinate finance payments.
  • Maintain and update various company platforms (e.g., Jira, People Force, Thinkific) related to HR processes.

 

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an operational or HR role, ideally in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • You’re someone who brings energy and enthusiasm to a team by proactively reaching out to team members.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while keeping everything running smoothly and on schedule.
  • Natural ability to make others feel comfortable, genuinely caring about helping team members succeed and grow.
  • Clear and effective English communication skills (written and verbal) are essential.
  • Experience with administration software (ideally Jira, People Force, Confluence, and Thinkific – are a plus).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring the successful and timely delivery of art assets.
  • Drive Agile sprints and project planning, adopting and applying studio best practices, tools, templates, and processes.
  • Oversee project P&L, including budgeting, cost control, and timely communication of risks and issues.
  • Foster transparent communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams, delivering clear status updates, milestone reports, and demos.
  • Manage external game production, upsell alerts, and client/vendor relationships, ensuring satisfaction at every stage.
  • Collaborate closely with Art, Production, and other departments to maintain high quality and efficient asset creation.
  • Implement and track KPIs, ensuring measurable project outcomes and reporting on progress in quarterly reviews.
  • Resolve conflicts and mitigate risks, promoting positive team dynamics and overcoming production challenges.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in project management within the game industry, with a deep understanding of art pipelines and Agile methodologies.
  • Proven leadership experience, with strong skills in communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
  • Expertise in Jira, Scrum, and a solid grasp of Agile project management.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
  • Experience in using industry-standard game production Jira, other software and tools, ensuring optimal workflow across teams.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and delivering projects on time, on budget, and with high client/vendor satisfaction.
  • Fluent in English (Upper Intermediate level or above).

IT Operations Manager (Closed)

We are looking ifor an IT Operations Manager to join the IT department. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure and assets. You will also be responsible for handling IT JIRA tickets, checking if tickets are fulfilled in a proper way and assigned to relevant team members.
*This is a remote, full-time contracted position

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Procure inventory (assets, computers, cables, etc.) that align with production requirements.
  • Research pricing and calculate budgets for IT infrastructure setup based on project requirements.
  • Assist the IT Administrator in maintaining inventory accuracy by conducting regular audits, reconciling physical inventory with system records, and addressing any discrepancies.
  • Own and manage the vendor’s onboarding and offboarding process. Jira, Slack, Remote PCs setup, software.
  • Collaborate with the Production department to understand infrastructure requirements and priorities for project setups, delivering tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate communication with onsite office administration regarding purchases and activities requiring outsourced IT support.
  • Manage company accounts for software and corporate licenses, including assigning, reassigning, purchasing, and cost control.
  • Conduct calls with client IT teams to ensure compliance with all requirements and clarify details for integration with client IT infrastructure, enabling the internal IT team to successfully proceed with the integration.
  • Support external and internal teams in setting up project infrastructure, providing guidance, checking workstation and account performance, and ensuring usability for the team.
  • Carry out basic infrastructure support tasks for specific projects based on IT Administrator guidelines, such as rebooting workstations in case of issues and ensuring all workstations are online before the team’s workday begins.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base documenting IT infrastructure-related processes and procedures, ensuring accessibility for all team members.
  • Assist with team training by identifying knowledge gaps, creating training materials, and enhancing team members’ IT security skills.
  • Checking IT requests and Jira tasks, ensuring tickets are properly addressed and assigned to the relevant team members.

Vendors Technical Onboarding:

  • Set up accounts and tools: Create/reactivate corporate email, Thinkific access, Jira, Slack, ESET Antivirus. Assign KnowBe4 courses, and manage licenses (if applicable).
  • Facilitate integration: Create Slack channels, add team members, and introduce them. Provide VPN support.

 

Vendors Technical Offboarding:

  • Disable accounts and tools: Deactivate email, remove Jira/Slack access, KnowBe4 and Thinkific access, uninstall ESET, and revoke licenses (if applicable).
  • Ensure compliance and closure: Confirm no project materials remain on personal devices (save proof in Jira). Send thank-you messages to artists.

 

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management
  • Laptop / Desktop hardware troubleshooting
  • Software Troubleshooting (macOS, Windows, Ubuntu Linux, VPN, etc.)
  • User request and incident management
  • Experience with Atlassian products: JIRA, Confluence, and Servicedesk
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • English level at least B2

We are seeking an experienced and versatile professional to join our dynamic company as a Product Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of new features and enhancements for a B2B platform to be launched in late 2024. You will play a critical role in scoping feature enhancements and future features, managing Business Analysts for requirements documentation, and owning roadmaps for each core feature on the platform.  The ideal candidate will have a strong background in feature development, excellent leadership skills, and demonstrated experience working with a SaaS platform.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or Feature Owner at a SaaS company, demonstrating the successful delivery of complex features.

Responsabilities

  • Product vision and product development – work closely with CCO to clearly define/update strategic product vision in line with overall product goals. Formulate and communicate a product strategy that includes marketing analysis, competitors analysis and trends
  • Data-Driven decision making – utilize analytics, A/B testing and product metrics to guide product decisions and improvements. Set KPIs in collaboration with CCO and regularly review them to assess product success and identify areas for improvements
  • Guides the appropriate development of platform features throughout the entire lifecycle (including concept, production, user feedback, and live services evolution)
  • Works with the Project & Delivery Manager on maintaining the overall product roadmap.  Also builds clear roadmaps for the evolution of core features across the platform.
  • Builds out revenue projections for key features to show their monetization impact.
    Works with the Chief Commercial Officer and platform leadership team to plan sprints and iterations
  • Manages the Business Analyst team, ensuring they are a high-performing team. Includes managing their capacity, ongoing mentoring, and development, and ensuring smooth handoffs to other parts of the team such as engineering.
  • Effectively collaborates with other parts of the business including the design team, marketing, finance, and business development.
  • Maintains the product backlog, including incorporating feedback from stakeholders, clients, and user testing sessions. Ensures that it aligns with the platform strategy.
  • Keeps a pulse on build-buy-license opportunities for new features needed on the platform, including monitoring the use of tech by competing platforms.
  • Runs feature planning meetings and ceremonies (grooming and release planning); responsible for setting meeting agendas, coordinating meetings, and documenting follow-ups/decisions
