We partner with external vendors to deliver the best services to our international clients. We are looking for a GAME DESIGNER with work experience in the video games industry to support company activity.

We are looking for an experienced (Senior/Middle) Game Designer to work on a wide range of projects, working a world-leading game projects

Track record:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Game Designer in mobile free to play game development and or PC/Console games;
  • 2+ shipped titles;
  • Knowledge of mobile, PC, and console games market, rich gaming experience;
  • Experience working with Live projects;
  • A strong sense of what makes a gameplay experience compelling and fun.

Experience:

  • Good knowledge of launching gaming products from scratch.
  • Have experience with Casual, RPG, MMO, Sports games;
  • Working on game pitches of a wide range of genres and themes;
  • Working on project-related game design tasks;
  • Design features, mechanics, characters, units, buildings, and other game entities.
  • Work on their behavior, algorithms, and story;
  • Have good presentation skills;
  • Review design work at various stages of implementation to ensure the execution matches the vision, goals, and quality requirements.
  • Ability to analyze the market.
  • Upper-Intermediate English (spoken and written);

Responsibilities:

  • Working with Clients on getting goals, ideas, vision, to form and guide them on a way to creating outstanding products;
  • Developing game documentation (document ideas, concepts, and technical designs in a comprehensive and accessible format);
  • Design UX flow and UI wireframes;
  • Сoming up with and thinking through different game mechanics (core and meta).
  • Implementation of game mechanics with the team (control of implementation, acceptance);
  • Tuning of game mechanics (tweaking parameters, balance, tuning);
  • Interacting with programmers and the art department;
  • Learn how to create beautiful presentations to make everyone go nuts about your ideas. And use this knowledge in practice

Nice to have:

  • Experience in Blockchain/NFT games;
  • Knowledge of different game engines;
  • General Knowledge of art production;
  • Experience working with game balancing;

We partner with external vendors to deliver the best services to our international clients. We are looking for a 2D Lead with work experience in the video games industry to support company activity.

Major zones of responsibilities:

  • Managing the Art team
  • Review other project from quality and tech consistency and provide
  • Vetting and managing vendors
  • Direct communication with the art teams, clients and partners
  • Providing the video and delivery template feedback for art teams
  • Creating guidelines and technical requirements, pitch guidelines / presentation to the clients
  • Resolves workflow problems for production projects
  • Identifies work process improvements
  • Inspire, motivate, and mentor other artists in best practices, processes, and procedures pertaining to production
  • Ensure that all assets created by the art team and outsource studios conform to the style and technical guidelines
  • Estimation of Pre-production requests
  • Evaluate art content and perform final polishing if required
  • Maintain accurate documentations for the production methodologies and techniques
  • Help to develop best practices for art creation
  • Participate in onboarding process and project setup
  • Trains, assigns, schedules, and coaches internal team
  • Timely Time Tracking

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with US-based ADs to ensure best quality of the production and delivery on time and on budget
Working with team on the projects (Art Director, Lead Artist, 3D Modeler)
Working with the internal team on quality improvements on the projects
Communicate in advance to the Producer in case Change Requests are needed or if out of initial estimates, providing reasoning.
Providing guidance to the team in case they are behind on way to speed up, optimize production, solve problems
Support building and driving the creation of unified production requirements, support streamlining onboarding processes for freelancers (design manuals/videos)
Producing proposals, estimates, templates
When new requests come in, review database and suggest most fitting talent for the production
Based on client materials, put together clear RFPs for the Producer to send out to vendors that will ensure accurate estimates. Come up with and suggest average estimates to vendors for those projects. Review estimates and give recommendations to Producer for the most fitting vendors
Interprete external documentation and feedback for the production team
Make sure vendor submissions are compliant with Client Delivery Guidelines, Specs and Submission documents.
Forward Deliveries to the Producer or Local AD with relevant notes
Polish Artworks if they don’t meet the client’s requirements
Review deliveries and provide clear feedback, including directions and overpaints
Confirm and make sure the deliveries from vendors incorporate fixes from previous feedback rounds.
Design tests to quickly understand the skills of artists to get them set up for the projects

Illuminating inefficiencies throughout the production process to grow and support distributed asset creation
Maintain high-level satisfaction of clients and vendors at all times
