We partner with 1400+ programmers, artists, and designers, from freelancers to small studios, all over the world, and not only match them to project opportunities but manage the production from A-Z.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably in the gaming industry or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of customer success principles and best practices, with a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer success tools.
  • Passion for gaming and a commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion in the gaming industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with platform users, serving as their trusted advisor and advocate.
  • Onboard new users onto the platform, guiding them through the setup process and providing training on platform features and best practices.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the user experience and drive user engagement on the platform.
  • Monitor platform usage and performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment of customer success initiatives with business objectives.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner, striving to achieve high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development and enhancement efforts.
  • Develop and implement customer success strategies and initiatives to drive user retention, satisfaction, and growth.

This is a remote, full-time contracted position.
