We partner with 1400+ programmers, artists, and designers, from freelancers to small studios, all over the world, and not only match them to project opportunities but manage the production from A-Z.


  • Passion and knowledge of video games or the video game ecosystem
  • Exceptional relationship management skills, with the ability to build and nurture relationships with people at different levels and in different departments of an organization
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks/projects, prioritize workloads, and adhere to tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, peers, and clients
  • Demonstrated knowledge of sales and marketing tools and techniques


  • Leverage existing networks and build new relationships across all sectors building games and game experiences (game developers, entertainment companies, and brands building game experiences)
  • Build and maintain trusted and long-lasting relationships to achieve targets. Serve as a trusted consultant in supporting companies' use of the platform to meet their game creation needs.
  • Actively participate in industry conferences and events to promote Devoted CG and identify potential opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams across Devoted CG and Devoted Studios.  For projects that need a production management approach, work with Devoted Studios BD to scope requests.
  • Provide insights on market needs and feedback to inform the ongoing development and innovation of the Devoted CG Platform.
  • Be an evangelist of following company and team processes including CRM excellence
  • Work with the CEO and COO to define business development targets, and proactively track/report on progress against KPIs
  • Quickly help mitigate any issues clients report in using the platform and follow-up with the client on how Devoted is addressing the issues

This is a remote, full-time contracted position.
