Major Responsibilities:

Managing the Art Team

• Review other projects for quality and technical consistency, providing feedback
• Vet and manage vendors
• Communicate directly with art teams, clients, and partners

Feedback and Guidelines

• Provide video and delivery template feedback for art teams
• Create guidelines and technical requirements, pitch guidelines/presentations for clients

Production Workflow

• Resolve workflow problems for production projects
• Identify work process improvements
• Communicate in advance to the Producer in case Change Requests are needed or if out of initial estimates, providing reasoning

Team Leadership

• Inspire, motivate, and mentor other artists in best practices, processes, and procedures related to production
• Ensure all assets created by the art team and outsource studios conform to style and technical guidelines
• Work together with the team of Art Directors, Lead Artist, 3D Modeler

Project Management

• Estimate pre-production requests
• Evaluate art content and perform final polishing if required
• Maintain accurate documentation of production methodologies and techniques
• Help develop best practices for art creation

Onboarding and Training

• Participate in the onboarding process and project setup
• Train, assign, schedule, and coach the internal team

Time Management

• Ensure timely time tracking

Collaboration

• Work with US-based Art Directors to ensure high-quality production, on-time delivery, and budget adherence
• Partner with team members (Art Director, Lead Artist, 3D Modeler) on various projects
• Coordinate with internal teams to enhance project quality
