Wa are looking for Product Manager for SaaS Platform.

Key Requirements:

  • 2-3+ Experience with building SaaS/Marketplace products

Functional responsibilities:

  • Manages overall backlog
  • Identifies time to market
  • Builds project financial KPIs and projects, responsible for achieving them
  • Feature design, decomposition and prioritization
  • Backlog prioritization
  • Team education
  • Integration and implementation of product results in production pipelines.
  • Developing, defining, and overseeing the product’s roadmap and managing it as required for the purpose of meeting deliverables for the business
  • Interviewing stakeholders, users to collect feedback and design new features.
  • Assess market competition by comparing the company’s product to competitors;
  • Conduct market research data;
  • Submit by-weekly business reports

Responsibilities:

  • Search for a wide range of Gamedev professionals (Artists, Leads, Producers worldwide);
  •  Create a wide Talent pool and update the CV search database;
  • Search for talents using several channels (LinkedIn, Artstation, Behance, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, social media, internal database);
  • Communicate with candidates on a daily basis;
  • Search,prescreen and present appropriate candidates to the Recruiter;
  • Work closely with other members of the recruitment and operation team;

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage full sales funnel: lead gen, pitch, bidding, negotiations, account management, up-sell, relationship management
  • Develop current company’s relationships as well as build own lead generation pipelines
  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities and partners
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients
  • Meet Quarterly and yearly sales targets
  • Be creative in improving own processes and increasing conversion on each step of the funnel
  • Provide clients with support that will continuously improve the relationship
  • Be on top of the latest industry news in video games industry
  • Participate in networking events, conferences, shows (when world situation permits )
  • Maintain accurate data storage in CRM. Be evangelist of CRM excellence, prepare weekly plan and report on current and prospective client communication
  • Preparing relevant documentation and decks for partners
  • Cooperate with the team to prepare bids and present to the client
  • Contract negotiation
  • Prepare status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals
  • Prepare, plan and schedule conference and show attendance, book meetings, prepare reports and follow ups

Requirements:

  • Passion and knowledge of video games or the video game ecosystem
  • Outstanding relationship management and interpersonal skills, caring team player
  • Analytical skills, knowledge of sales and marketing tools and techniques
  • Project management skills, with ability to juggle multiple tasks/projects, prioritize workloads, and adhere to tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients
  • Exceptional internet researching skills. Familiar with many advanced tools, strategies, and resources to find and discover desired information and resources
  • Superior organization skills, familiarity with Excel and cloud-based tools
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • World-class quality work is the only acceptable standard
